Meet the Speakers
David Onorato
PTMP, Executive Director of the Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh and Past Chairman at the International Parking & Mobility InstituteDavid Onorato is an industry leader with over 25 years of experience. David oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pittsburgh Parking Authority and its vision for the future. David directed the Pay-By-Plate installation, which was the first organization in the U.S. to implement full pay-by-plate technology. Under his direction and guidance, the Authority was recognized by IPMI as Parking Organization of the Year and has earned Accredited Parking Organization with Distinction status.

Mike Bourre

He brings with him practical experience in a variety of tech business ventures across a number of verticals spanning a global market.
